Hello, how are you?

 

My name is Washington Costa Nicândio, an Urban Architect graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and this is WCA Architecture, Urbanism & Sustainability.

 

My proposal is to bring quality of life through excellence in the provision of technical architectural services, combined with the use of sustainable concepts and instruments throughout the design process without ever forgetting the essence of each persona participating in each project developed.

 

I believe in the power of architecture as an instrument of social and educational change within society and I work to reduce the distance between people and architecture firms and the misinformation that exists about the role and importance of both the architect and architecture in everyone's lives.
